Ripple is in the fintech industry – we provide one frictionless experience to send money globally across a network of financial institutions and payment providers. RippleNet is a decentralized global network of banks and payment providers using Ripple’s distributed financial technology, which provides real-time messaging, clearing and settlement of financial transactions.

Among the benefits of our technology is the ability to provide on-demand and real-time payments products and services to retail and corporate customers; lower total cost per transaction through efficient processing and lower liquidity requirements to send payments globally; a highly consistent payments experience to end users, and a streamlined legal framework. The company provides three products: process payments with xCurrent, source liquidity with xRapid, and originate payments with xVia.

We have 310 employees distributed among our offices in San Francisco (our headquarters), New York, London, Sydney, Mumbai and Luxembourg, and more than 90 customers worldwide. I’m an IT manager of one, and tracking assets and conducting audits was impossible without Asset Panda. I was using spreadsheets and Google Forms.

Asset Panda saves time and has let our teamwork in a transparent and seamless fashion. We’ve been using Asset Panda for a year now, and during that time, we’ve seen amazing improvements with the JAMF integration. With the integration of JAMF and Asset Panda, we’ve saved countless hours between on/off boarding process, IT purchasing and deployment of stocked laptops. Among the features that have been particularly useful are the easy API integration, ability to track and manage assets over multiple locations, monitor check-in and check-out status, conduct inventory management and use the compliance software.

Our ticketing system is much more organized and transparent with the help of Asset Panda. In the comments feed of Asset Panda we add our ticket numbers and can refer back to the system type and specs to make IT diagnosing a breeze. We’ve primarily used the desktop app for our needs.
