Founder and CEO of Asset Panda, Rex Kurzius and his family attended the 33rd annual Ernst & Young Gala June 29 at the Hilton Anatole Hotel in Dallas, Texas to celebrate his nomination for Entrepreneur of the Year in the Southwest region.
Entrepreneur of the Year is the world’s most prestigious business awards for entrepreneurs. It was created to recognize the contribution of people who inspire others with their vision, leadership and achievement. The nominees are recognized entrepreneurs who are building and leading successful, growing and dynamic businesses.
Rex Kurzius embodies all these characteristics plus more. His knowledge, leadership and passion led him to create a state-of-the-art cloud-based platform that creates limitless custom business solutions. Since his founding of the company, Asset Panda has experienced a three-year revenue growth of over 3,500 percent.
His hard work and dedication not only shows in the success of his company, but through the awards and recognition he’s received. For example, Inc. Magazine named Asset Panda the fourth fastest-growing company in Texas. Most recently, Rex was named the 2018 Entrepreneur of the Year by the Frisco Chamber of Commerce. He was also a finalist for the Frisco Chamber’s Medium Business of the Year and Employer of the Year awards.
“There are many successful entrepreneurs in this world, but to build something truly remarkable, you can’t let anything stand in your way,” said Debra von Storch, Ernst & Young Americas Entrepreneur of the Year Program Director. “The nominees are inspiring innovation without limitation, and fueling growth and prosperity by being truly unstoppable.”
