Asset Panda has added robust new features to its highly configurable, cloud-based platform, including inventory management, purchase orders, vendor management and request ticket modules to offer solutions to everyday business problems.
FRISCO, Texas, March 12, 2019 — The company behind the industry’s most innovative and powerful asset tracking apps announced today that it has developed and added four new modules to its highly configurable cloud-based platform. Asset Panda’s new modules include inventory management, purchase orders, vendor management and request tickets, making it the most robust asset tracking mobile solution available.
Inventory management was offered by Asset Panda prior to this launch, but the functionality has been enhanced with a new set of features. Users now have the ability to utilize inventory tracking and asset management on the same platform across multiple locations. It allows users to easily identify and locate inventory quantities and transfer them between users and locations.
A purchase order module gives users the ability to conduct the entire purchase order process from the Asset Panda platform. It pulls data from the user’s account to create invoices for vendors through a custom internal approval system.
Vendor management allows users to set up a custom approval process for vendors, contracts and bids. Users have the ability to provide vendors with controlled access, allowing them to place bids directly on the platform. Users can then pick the winning bid and develop the contract within the application.
A request ticket module provides users with an internal process for requesting items in varying quantities–whether it be assets, inventory or services–for jobs or events. Admins then have the ability to approve, deny or modify these requests.
