I started with 1000 item limit in February, everyone in my company was so happy with it, we added more items and upped item count to 2500, now I just asked for another 2500 items added to our cap. Support is incredible. Hailie Tiller did an awesome job configuring the system to meet our needs and uploaded the items for us. She continues to be very responsive and supportive with changes and added requests. They are even adding in a feature we requested in their next software update. System is so user-friendly centers were using it before I had a chance to get instruction manual made. My company has 60 offices across the country, this is making the work of tracking and understanding our assets so much easier. The fact you can customize data fields is what sold me on this program.
