Once connectivity is restored, the app automatically syncs the audit results to the central system, highlighting missing or unlisted items so discrepancies can be reviewed and corrected.

Yes. Asset Panda can track who requested an asset transfer by capturing that information directly on the transfer form. You can create a custom transfer or check-out form that includes fields such as “Requesting Employee” or “Requesting Department,” along with notes or justification. When the form is submitted, the system records who submitted it and when in the Activity Stream, providing clear accountability for warehouse transfers and a verifiable record of who requested the asset.

Asset Panda helps prevent duplicate inventory records during large imports by allowing administrators to designate a critical identifier—such as SKU or Asset ID—as a Unique Field. During a bulk Data Import, the system checks incoming records against this unique field and rejects any rows that would create duplicates. This ensures duplicate records are not added to the system and helps maintain clean, accurate inventory data from the start.

Yes. Asset Panda allows you to customize check-out forms by creating different Update Forms for different asset types. For example, you can build one check-out form for consumables that includes batch numbers or expiration dates, and another for fixed assets that includes safety acknowledgments or condition checks. Form visibility rules ensure users only see the appropriate form based on the asset’s category, providing a tailored and accurate check-out process for warehouse operations.
