Asset Panda has been named among the Top 25 Facility Management solutions on the market for Q4 2017 by www.GetApp.com, an online resource dedicated to helping users discover, compare and select business apps. In fact, Asset Panda ranked in the top 10 on the ranking report (No. 7), which aims to recognize the top solutions for SMBs and is based on five unique factors, worth 20 points each: reviews, integrations, data security, mobile platforms and media presence for a total possible score of 100 points. This is a significant achievement for Asset Panda, given that more than 80 solutions are listed on GetApp. The quarterly ranking focuses on the top 25 cloud-based facility management apps

A Gartner company based in Barcelona, Spain, GetApp also serves a source of online lead generation for software and app developers. The site provides research programs and detailed user-generated and editorial reviews on software and mobile apps.

Each facility management solution featured in the report includes user ratings. Reviews represented Asset Panda’s highest-scoring factor out of the five listed above. Asset Panda averaged a 4.8 on a scale of 5.0, garnering a 99 percent positive review rate. Users cited the app’s configurability, ease of use, value, and responsiveness of its customer service team. Ninety-nine percent of reviewers stated that they’d recommend Asset Panda to a friend or colleague.

Integrations and Mobile Platforms were Asset Panda’s second- and third-highest-rated factors, respectively. Integration scores include several variables including number of integrations relative to the industry average, and relative to leaders in the category, as well an open API. Mobile Platform scores, meanwhile, are calculated based on the availability of an iOS and Android app, and the number and average rating of reviews for each app on Apple Store and Google Play.

In its product description of Asset Panda, GetApp mentions the app’s customization capabilities, including the ability to customize your workflow to include Work Order Management, Purchase Order Management, Compliance Management, Fixed Asset Disposal and Reservation Management, among many others. The description also mentions Asset Panda’s robust features and benefits offering, including change history reporting, multiple field types to choose from when creating custom fields, parent/child relationships and data grouping, role-based user configuration, integration with Red Laser barcode scanning technology, and more.

Although there are many facilities management solutions on the market today, Asset Panda offers many key points of distinction that set it apart from the rest. Its iOS and Android apps include a mobile barcode scanner, effectively eliminating the need for additional hardware. Every Asset Panda account is a premium account, so clients receive full access to the app’s entire features offering. Features like reports, fields, columns, notifications, alerts, and security settings are completely customizable, enabling companies to track their assets any way they want and make changes whenever they wish. They’re also entitled to as many users as they’d like at no additional charge, which helps promote both accuracy and accountability throughout their respective organizations. With Asset Panda, facilities management companies have access to the complete lifecycle of every one of their vital assets, and their data is always in real time. From an asset’s location, check-in/check-out status and depreciation to its complete maintenance history, warranty and insurance policy, Asset Panda is your one-stop mobile resource.
