Oklahoma-based full-service electrical contractor, Renfro Electric, has been in business for over 35 years. With locations in Tulsa and Muskogee, we are able to serve our customers with superior craftsmanship and top-notch service. We can handle the larger jobs but are still small enough to provide the personal service our customers have come to expect.

Asset tracking was not a viable task on our radar. Prior to finding Asset Panda, our method of tracking involved a lot of phone calls between employees to locate a certain tool. In many cases, we were lucky if we ever found the tool at all. Today, Asset Panda has given our team the gift of accountability. Now we are able to accurately track all of our company provided tools, ladders, and vital equipment necessary to meet our customer electrical needs.

Our assets are constantly on the move with our crews. We work within an hour radius of our shop, so tools are spread out for miles between the different job sites among different employees. Asset Panda has saved us valuable time in locating the tools that are in use among the multiple job sites. We know where assets are, who has them, when they were checked in/out, and what condition they are in. With Asset Panda, we are already saving up to half an hour a day that would have normally been spent searching for tools that were needed for client jobs.

Signing out tools is a breeze thanks to Asset Panda’s mobile app. Our field users are the only ones who use that particular feature and they can quickly and easily sign tools in and out. They know what tools are available and what tools may be out due to repairs/maintenance. There is no more guessing as to where assets are or interrupting phone calls to employees in the middle of their work to see who has what.

The integration of Data Device Manager into Asset Panda has also been beneficial to our business from a time-saving standpoint. This process collects all the information from our devices and automatically syncs data on a daily basis to the Asset Panda platform. Data is up-to-date and accessible by allocated users at all times. It has reduced the hassle caused by manual network audits and enables us to take better control of our IT network assets.
