EagleView has assets located across the United States as well as internationally. We have three different teams, comprised of 23 employees, who are using Asset Panda onsite and in the field. Because our network is so widespread, the way we were previously tracking assets wasn’t functional for us. Before Asset Panda, we were relying on a variety of methods to track assets such as internal paperwork documents and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. The data was not reliable or centralized across multiple departments, and was focused strictly on portions of hardware assets, not the entire system, staff and workflow.

Without a doubt, Asset Panda has been the best "out of the box" asset tracking tool that we have encountered up to this point. No other solution has been suited to meet our needs.

Asset Panda has given us the greatest flexibility thus far -- allowing our teams to have the ability to create overarching asset types as we break down our flight rig hardware into many specific points with their respective subset systems. The flexibility to use the software both on site through desktops and out in the field via mobile apps on mobile devices and laptops has been quite impactful on how we manage and track our assets.

Now that we’ve employed Asset Panda, I would not want to go back to not using an asset tracking system. It’s definitely impacted our workflow organization. The amount of time saved from moving off paper documents, sending e-mails for communication, and how it has streamlined reporting is still to be determined since we are still in the early stages of implementation. As we get more acclimated to integrating the system and learning, I expect that the amount of time saved will be considerable.
