Leibold Irrigation was established in 1987 and employs a staff of 150. Today, the company has office locations in East Dubuque, Illinois; Delta, Ohio; and Sarasota, Florida. Over the years, we've built relationships with world-renowned golf course architects and irrigation designers and have produced some of the most desirable landscapes in golf.
Our assets are located in multiple cities and states. Before we started using Asset Panda, we used a magnetic board to track and manage our assets. Nobody else could see the location of the equipment. We were looking for a way to track our equipment across the country and provide a way for our foreman to verify and see the equipment on other job sites.
We use both the mobile and desktop versions of the Asset Panda app. It took a little time to get the platform dialed into our needs, and there are quite a few options we don't need currently. But our foreman caught on to the mobile app with ease. It has taken a lot of the headaches out of equipment tracking.
We currently use several features of the app, including check-in/check-out status, work orders/maintenance, barcode generator, customized reporting, asset tracking over multiple locations, customized notifications, and the ability to customize the mobile app from the web. Customer service and support have been very helpful. We've discussed some issues, and they have been addressed.
This software has changed the way we work by making it easier for us to locate previous positions of assets. Although it's too early to see the bottom line impact yet, we expect good results.
