Asset Panda Announces Integration With Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager

Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) is the newest platform to be added to Asset Panda’s growing list of integrations.

FRISCO, TX, Feb 19, 2019 — Asset Panda has announced its newest integration with Microsoft SCCM, a highly utilized systems management software, to create a simplified process for data importing from SCCM to Asset Panda.

Microsoft SCCM is well-known for its unified management of administrative tools across an entire organization’s devices. Its integration with Asset Panda is no different.

The new integration eliminates the need for in-person computer audits and prevents errors caused by manual data entry. Users can choose whether to manually sync information to Asset Panda on an as-needed basis or select interval synchronization for the most up-to-date, accurate status of their Windows-based devices.

The integration allows mapping over 20 data fields and supports customization for accounts to choose which fields will sync between SCCM and Asset Panda. This information can include:

  • RAM size
  • Processor type/speed
  • Computer model/manufacturer
  • IP address
  • MAC address
  • Operating system
  • Software installs
  • Hardware upgrades
  • Usernames
  • Last login date
