Except in the event of an incorrectly fulfilled, lost or damaged order, no returns or exchanges will be accepted for any merchandise ordered from our online store. Please check the sizing information for each product carefully before ordering to ensure that you order a product that fits your needs.

We offer and display the products on this Site as reasonable representations and availability of the color, configuration, design, texture, and/or look of its products. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of merchandise color or detail will be accurate. On occasion, the Site may contain incomplete information, typographical errors, or inaccuracies as to description, pricing, sizing, fabrication, color or availability. LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

All items are shipped with a tracking number, but we understand that issues can happen in the shipping process. In the event an item is lost or damaged in transit, you have the option of either requesting a refund or requesting that a replacement item be shipped to you free of charge.

PAYMENT

Full payment is due at the time an order is placed, and orders will not be released until payment has been received.

CANCELLATION

Cancellations may be requested after purchase, but only before we have begun the shipping process for your order. We will do our best to process cancellations promptly but cannot guarantee a time window for the availability of a cancellation.
