Integrations

Kandji (Iru) + Asset Panda Pro

Connect Kandji (now Iru) with Asset Panda Pro to import Apple device details, reduce manual entry, and make hardware records easier to verify.

Key benefits

  1. Reduce manual device updates

Import supported device details rather than repeatedly exporting spreadsheets and re-entering the same information into your hardware inventory.

  2. Identify devices more consistently

Match incoming Kandji data to records with a unique identifier, such as Device ID or serial number, so your team can recognize the right device.

  3. Make audits easier to prepare for

Review device identifiers, hardware details and last check-in information with your asset records instead of reconciling separate device lists by hand.

What Kandji device data can you import?

The current Asset Panda Pro integration imports device data one way; it does not send changes back to Kandji.

Data group Example Kandji fields Why it matters
Device identifiers Device ID, Serial Number Identify and match the correct record
Hardware details Model Understand which Apple hardware is enrolled
Management context Blueprint Name, MDM Enabled Review relevant enrollment/management information
Check-in activity Last Check In See when the device last checked in

Available fields depend on the Kandji entity and the mapping selected in Asset Panda Pro.

How the Kandji integration works

  1. Create an API token

In Kandji (now Iru), open Settings > Access to create a token with the required device read permissions. Copy your tenant API URL and token.

  2. Connect the apps

In Asset Panda Pro, find Kandji in the Integrations Store. Enter the Base URL and API key, then test and save the connection.

  3. Map device fields

Choose the Devices entity and your destination collection. Select a unique identifier, preferably Device ID, and map the Kandji fields you need.

  4. Save the mapping

Save the mapping to enable the one-way import into Asset Panda Pro. Device information is then maintained through the connection rather than manual re-entry.
