Integrations
Oracle NetSuite + Asset Panda Pro
Import selected NetSuite ERP records into the Asset Panda Pro collections your teams use to manage equipment.
Key benefits
-
Reduce repeat data entry
Import selected NetSuite records into Asset Panda Pro rather than manually copying the same information between systems.
-
Add purchasing context
Bring purchase order, item, vendor, and receipt details into the collections your teams use.
-
Control and monitor imports
Choose record types, map fields, filter item types, and review scheduled or manual syncs in Automation Logs.
What data can you import from NetSuite?
The integration supports six NetSuite record types. Map each selected entity to a destination collection in Asset Panda Pro; available fields depend on the entity and your configuration.
| Supported record | Examples of importable fields |
|---|---|
| Purchase orders | PO number, vendor, order dates, status, quantities, rates, and amounts |
| Items | Item code, display name, item type, average cost, and last purchase price |
| Item receipts | Receipt number and date, quantity received, location, and source PO reference |
| Vendors | Vendor name, company name, email, phone, and currency |
| Departments | Department ID, department name, and linked subsidiary IDs |
| Subsidiaries | Subsidiary records for use in mapped Asset Panda Pro collections |
NetSuite remains the source for imported ERP data. Updates made in Asset Panda Pro are not written back to NetSuite through this integration.

Frequently asked questions
Is Oracle NetSuite a native Asset Panda Pro integration?
Yes. Oracle NetSuite is available in the Asset Panda Pro Integrations Store and connects using NetSuite account and token credentials.
Does the NetSuite integration sync data both ways?
No. It imports supported data from Oracle NetSuite into Asset Panda Pro. Changes made in Asset Panda Pro are not sent back to NetSuite.
Is NetSuite data synchronized in real time?
The documented integration supports scheduled imports and a manual Run now option. It is not documented as a real-time or event-driven sync.
Will importing a purchase order automatically create a tracked asset?
Not necessarily. The integration imports records into mapped collections; it does not guarantee an individual tracked asset is automatically created or linked for each purchase.
